You need to establish a training cycle, you need to commit to it for no less than 21 days to establish the habit. As a beginner you can do 2 body parts a work out and take one or two days off, no more. Get in and get addicted to the pain, because there is going to be some intense pain. If you are very thin, which I suspect you are, carbs are NOT your enemy, eat them freely. Plus augment your normal meals with as many protein shakes as you can stomach. I recommend utilizing a caffeine supplement to give you the drive to work in the gym as hard as you can with out stopping until you've done both body parts. You will know when to change your routine and start shaping, your body will tell you.

At 24 you should be producing enough natural testosterone, but maybe not, which may explain your size- you could, though not recommended, triple the recommended dosage of legal 1-T, 19 and 17 Nor, Andros, and you would see some results. My advise is stick to training hard and take protein. Protein is naturally anabolic, so it will make you grow.

Start creatine after a few months, not before, you want to establish a baseline of what your body will do for you with out altering the present state- same for pro hormones. Lets see what you have to work with before you start introducing

hey i just got done finishing my andro cycle about a week ago and
bought some tribulus, and picked up some hydroxycut and also some no2
because of what i have been hearing about it. I would like to thank
Robert Draper personally because he helped me alot with all the
questions i had. As for benifites from this i got alot, i wasn't
really sore that much, i made some good gains, i had all my
measurements on my computer and then it crashed, so i don't have
exact measure ments but i know i got bigger, and plus it gave me
amazing stamina with my girl. This stuff is amazing and i liked it
alot and might try it again soon but i looked into that -1 test or
4andro, i hear they offer the most gains especially -1 test.

I got another Question though, i wanna get ripped up for summer so i
bought hydroxycut, but i also have n02, can i take them together or
should i take the n20 first and then the hydroxy cut?
Oh yah does anyone know any good programs for getting cut up?

I wouldn't use the two in conjunction, the NO2 is a vasodilator- it will open
you up and you will feel some serious pump. I am waiting until I finish this
1-Test, 19 Nor, 17 stack cycle before I do. I was thinking the same thing you
were, get some Trib to kick start the testicles and some 6 Oxy and then do the
NO2. Some of the guys in the gym have had some wicked work outs on it- but a
note- more than one of my bros says they have felt irregular heart beats while
on it- so mixing it with a hydroxycut like substance may give you some
propensity for side effects. Best not to mix the two.
As for getting cut, legally (Otherwise W), diet and cardio- moderate pace for a
long time. Not sprinting, slow sustained jog for as long as possible.
Stay off of the andros for up to 6 weeks and do one more cycle- go for the
1-Test and instead of twice daily- take it every six hours, like 4 times daily.
Your body can only produce enough metabolites to convert to anabolic like
testosterone, so overkill means it is wasted or turned to DHT.
Anyways, eat lots of tuna and a work of caution, you can get a mild case of Deca
Dick from Andro's, so be careful not to stack too long.
